1. General Terms
- Sugarwaxed is committed to providing professional body sugaring, IPL/SHR hair reduction and beauty services in accordance with recognised industry standards and best practices.
- By booking or using our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable booking, safety and studio policies.

- All promotions, membership benefits and offers are subject to their respective Terms & Conditions.

- Sugarwaxed reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion, membership benefit or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

- Sugarwaxed reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions.

- Sugarwaxed may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

2. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked through our official booking channels.
- A valid mobile number and/or email address are required for booking and confirmations.
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling.
 

3. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made within our stated booking policy timeframe.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or deduction of membership credits.
- Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension of booking privileges.
 

4. Payments
- All prices are listed in Singapore dollar and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is required at the time of service unless covered by an active membership or credits.
- All memberships, packages, and prepaid credits are non-refundable.

5. NEW50 Promotion

- The NEW50 promotion is exclusively available to Singapore residents.

- The NEW50 promotion is not applicable to short-term tourists or visitors.

- Sugarwaxed reserves the right to request proof of residency or a valid long-term pass before applying the promotional rate.

6. Membership & Credits Policy

Non-Refundable Terms
- All Sugarwaxed memberships, packages, and credits are strictly non-refundable.
 

Shareable Credits
- Credits may be used by authorized family or friends as part of our flexible shareable benefits.
- Clients must inform Sugarwaxed in advance if someone else will be using their credits.
- Sugarwaxed may request basic details from the authorized user.
 

Membership Transfer (Goodwill Exception)
In exceptional cases, Management may, at its sole discretion, approve a goodwill exception, including but not limited to:
- A one-time transfer of remaining membership credits to a nominated family member or friend.
- Other reasonable arrangements deemed appropriate by Management.

Goodwill exceptions are considered strictly on a case-by-case basis, are not an entitlement, and may be approved or declined at Management's sole discretion.

7. Sugartier Membership Expiry Policy
Sugartier Membership is valid only for the membership period specified at the time of purchase. Upon expiry, the membership and all associated benefits shall automatically terminate. *Membership extensions are not permitted.* Once a membership has expired, it is deemed expired and cannot be reinstated, renewed, or have its validity extended under any circumstances.

8. Service Policies
- Clients are responsible for informing Sugarwaxed of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin sensitivities or other relevant health concerns before receiving any treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability and results.
- Sugarwaxed reserves the right to refuse service if a sugaring treatment may be unsafe.
- Results vary depending on skin type, hair growth patterns, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

9. Conduct & Fair Use
- Misuse of membership privileges, shareable credits, or goodwill allowances may result in suspension of services.
- Harassment, abusive behavior, or disrespect toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
 

10. Privacy & Data
- Client information is used solely for booking, communication, and service purposes.
- Sugarwaxed does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
 

11. Liability
- By receiving any service, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with professional body sugaring, IPL/SHR hair reductions and beauty services.
- Sugarwaxed is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions, improper aftercare, or failure to follow recommendations.
