- Sugarwaxed provides beauty and sugaring services in accordance with professional industry standards.
- By using our services, clients agree to follow all studio rules, booking policies, and safety guidelines.
- Sugarwaxed may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
 

2. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked through our official booking channels.
- A valid mobile number and/or email address are required for booking and confirmations.
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or rescheduling.
 

3. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made within our stated booking policy timeframe.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or deduction of membership credits.
- Repeated no-shows may lead to suspension of booking privileges.
 

4. Payments
- All prices are listed in local currency and may change without prior notice.
- Payment is required at the time of service unless covered by an active membership or credits.
- All memberships, packages, and prepaid credits are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Terms
- All Sugarwaxed memberships, packages, and credits are strictly non-refundable.
 

Shareable Credits
- Credits may be used by authorized family or friends as part of our flexible shareable benefits.
- Clients must inform Sugarwaxed in advance if someone else will be using their credits.
- Sugarwaxed may request basic details from the authorized user.
 

Membership Takeover (Goodwill Allowance)
- Sugarwaxed may, as a goodwill exception, allow a client to assign their remaining membership to a
family member or friend.
- The new user does not need an existing Sugarwaxed account.
- Approval is at Sugarwaxed’s discretion and may not apply to all membership types.
 

6. Expired Credits
Expired Credits? We’ve Got You Covered.
Option 1: Upgrade & Renew
- Upgrade to any Sugartier membership and Sugarwaxed will carry forward expired credits into the new plan with a fresh validity period.
Option 2: Reactivate
- Pay a $50 admin fee to reactivate expired credits for 3 additional months — no membership upgrade required.
 

7. Service Policies
- Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before their service.
- Sugarwaxed reserves the right to refuse service if a sugaring treatment may be unsafe.
- Results vary depending on skin type, hair growth patterns, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
 

8. Conduct & Fair Use
- Misuse of membership privileges, shareable credits, or goodwill allowances may result in suspension of services.
- Harassment, abusive behavior, or disrespect toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated.
 

9. Privacy & Data
- Client information is used solely for booking, communication, and service purposes.
- Sugarwaxed does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law.
 

10. Liability
- By receiving any service, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sugaring treatments and beauty services.
- Sugarwaxed is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions, improper aftercare, or failure to follow recommendations.
 

11. Amendments
- Sugarwaxed may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
