Where can I receive my giftcard?
Once you’ve signed up and created an account with us, you should be able to view your referral gift card on your account dashboard page.

What if I want to return my order?
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can definitely return your order/appointment. Find out more about our Return and Exchange policy (if we have).
 

Please note your return will be subject to our fraud check process and your friend who referred you may not receive their S$10 Gift Card.

Why didn't I receive my referee gift card?
As part of our automated fraud checks, the data that you provided us upon signup did not pass our checks. If you think that this is a mistake, please contact us.

For Referrers

How do I refer to a friend?
Are you even a friend if you don’t invite them to Sugarwaxed? To invite your besties (and more!) to join our community, simply head to your Sugarwaxed profile and click on ‘Refer a Friend’ to get your unique personal link.

I referred a friend and it’s been 30 days already but I haven’t received a Gift Card.
Have you received an email confirmation that your friend’s order successfully passed all the necessary checks? So its important to also inform your friend to complete the information in the system during their enrollment.
 

If not, kindly wait for an email that confirms that your friend’s order has passed our checks.
 

Did you receive an email confirmation that your friend’s order has failed our checks?
Unfortunately, we’ve detected behavior that violates our Referral Program terms and conditions and you will not receive the S$10 Gift Card.

How do I receive my referral reward?
Once your friend places their first order using your code and passes our fraud checks, a Gift Card will be sent to you via e-mail within 30 business days. You’ll be able to see it on your dashboard too.

I got my Gift Card, when should I use it?
The referral Gift Card is valid for 30 days from the date of dispatch. Don’t forget to use it while it lasts!

Terms & Conditions
Share your love for Sugarwaxed with your friends. Here are the details:

Any Sugarwaxed member can refer a friend. Referees (person being referred) must not have purchased from Sugarwaxed before and should use the referrer’s link when creating their account.

The Referee’s order is considered successful only when the Referee makes a successful first purchase after creating an account with Referrer’s personalized referral link.

Gift Cards will be distributed via email to the Referrer’s registered email address registered with Sugarwaxed within 30 working days of the referee’s first purchase, if eligible. The Gift Card will also be visible on the dashboard of the member once she has signed up using Referrer’s personalized referral link. Gift Cards expire 30 days after the date of issue.

Any full-order returns made within 30 days will be automatically flagged as fraud and the Referee will not be eligible for the Gift Card. Any partial-order returns made within 30 days will still be subject to fraud checks. If the order passes fraud checks, the Referrer will receive the Gift Card. In both cases, the Referee who made the first purchase will not receive another Gift Card.

Sugarwaxed reserves the right to cancel, change, modify codes at any given point.
