By participating in the sugarwaxed 4th anniversary sure-win lucky draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 this promotion is open to all customers who purchase any sugartier membership during the promotion period.
2. Promotion period
2.1 the sure-win lucky draw will run from 1st april 2025 to 31st may 2025.
2.2 sugarwaxed reserves the right to amend the promotion period without prior notice.
3. How to participate
3.1 customers who purchase any sugartier membership during the promotion period will receive one (1) lucky draw chance.
3.2 eligible participants will draw a capsule from the sure-win lucky draw box at the studio.
3.3 the capsule will contain a lucky number that corresponds to a prize from the official prize list.
3.4 the prize won is final and cannot be exchanged for another item or cash.
4. Prizes & redemption
4.1 the full sure-win lucky draw prize list is available on sugarwaxed's website, instagram, facebook, and in-studio displays.
4.2 prizes must be redeemed immediately upon drawing and cannot be accumulated for future use, except for free services & treatments, which are valid for 6 months.
4.3 all prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash or other items.
4.4 if the prize is a service & treatment, it must be used by the winner and cannot be transferred to another person.
4.5 product prizes are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, sugarwaxed reserves the right to replace it with another product of similar value
4.6 if the prize is a stackable service discount, the discount will be applied to the lower-priced service.
